An agency veteran with 19 years in ad agency management and client services, Rebecca Armstrong is skilled at strategic planning, mentoring employees, fostering collaborative client relationships and growing brands.

Rebecca is currently Managing Director at North in Portland where she spearheads direction for the agency and guides branding and communications strategies for clients. North’s clients include Regence BlueCross BlueShield, Portland General Electric, Ann Sacks Tile & Stone, Consumer Cellular, Brooks Sports and the Portland Development Commission.

Rebecca holds a Master’s degree from Cambridge University.

She is currently Vice President of the Portland Advertising Federation and chairs the fund-development committee on the Board of Big Brothers Big Sisters Northwest.
