Lisa has been with Mercer/Marsh for 14 years. During this time, she has worked with groups of all sizes in both the public and private sector. Her role has been to develop the strategic direction of her client’s benefit programs, focusing on quality, cost and innovation. She serves on and has chaired the AeA Human Resource committee developing educational programs for the Portland human resources community. Lisa currently serves as a board member for the Oregon Trail Chapter of the Red Cross and is active with the Financial Development Committee. 

Lisa received a B.S. in Marketing and Business Administration from Oregon State University.  She received her Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business.  Lisa is also involved with the OSU Business Roundtable and Financial Executives International (FEI).
