Chief Financial Officer

General Summary: The Chief Financial Officer is an active partner with the CEO, bringing a forward-looking and proactive stance to managing the agency’s financial activities including overseeing the day-to-day accounting functions, leading the annual budgeting process, serving as the main point of contact with the auditor, and ensuring the accuracy of the financial statements. This position serves on the organization’s leadership team, manages a high-quality, rapidly growing business operation and has an excellent opportunity for advancement within the organization.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000

ANNUAL GIVING DIRECTOR

This full-time position reports to the Chief Development Officer and is responsible for planning, implementing and managing a comprehensive annual giving program that focuses on increasing the number of individual and corporate donors giving up to $5,000 per year. Key areas of responsibility include a) development and implementation of annual fundraising plan for annual giving donors, b) donor membership society, c) Ambassador Board recruitment and development, d) Team captain recruitment, table captain recruitment, and sponsorship of annual fundraising events (i.e., Benevon events, Bowl for Kids Sake) while working closely with the Events Manager. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be detail oriented, able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment, and proficient with prospect and donor information management.
