Oregon Little Brothers and Sisters in grades 1 through 12 are invited to enter the $tart $omething Oregon College Savings Plan contest. You have the opportunity to receive a $1,000 scholarship. All participants become part of ongoing drawings to win TWO club level tickets to a home Portland Trail Blazer game. Deadline is Friday, April 6, 2012.
